The following conditions apply:

All prices include VAT.

Additional shipping costs may apply, the shipping prices include VAT. The shipping costs include packaging, handling and transport costs.

We deliver within the whole European Union, in some countries by arrangement.

Prices of parcels (up to 2 kg), e.g. :

Luxembourg 5 €

Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Switzerland and United Kingdom. 12 €

(Additional costs due to customs clearance in Switzerland or Great Britain are to be paid by the buyer).

For orders over 100 €, delivery within Luxembourg is free of charge.

We ship all products in one package, i.e. the longest delivery time of the products within an order always counts. The delivery time is the time we need to get the goods into the dispatch. We have no influence on the delivery time of the logistics partner.

For other countries, the delivery rate depends on the weight of your order as well as the delivery location.
