The wool comes from local breeds of Portuguese sheep called Bordaleira do Minho.

It is a very raw and rough wool, with a very natural look. It is not dyed, the variations in tone are obtained through different ways of spinning. It is suitable for knitting home accessories, such as plaids or blankets or even a rug if you use finer needles.
