Timeless, easy-to-knit items to keep you going when you want to start knitting for baby.
This book was inspired by Caroline Vallognes' travels in Scandinavia. There, knitting is part of everyday life and is done with taste. She has therefore designed patterns for babies, from birth onwards, that are both simple to make and very cute.
A fan of beautiful materials and wool, timeless colours and basic cuts that fit well, Caroline has created her patterns around three themes straight from the Great North: the mountains, the sea and the forest.
You can learn to knit a coat and a jacket in moss stitch, simple alpaca trousers, jersey overalls or a little bear bonnet...
All the patterns are offered in different sizes (birth, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months) and have been tested by knitting specialists.
